District 3 (Southwest) Traffic delays on WY 22 and WY 390 are expected daily between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. due to lane shifts and traffic congestion at the junction of WY 22 and WY 390 near Jackson. Delays of up to 15 minutes may occur.
